This is an Exciting Opportunity! As a key member of the pre-opening leadership team, you will have the unique opportunity to build the hotel's marketing strategy and infrastructure from the ground up. We are looking not only for a marketing expert but specifically for a leader with proven pre-opening experience within the Accor group .
You will be responsible for:
Pre-Opening & Post-Opening Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive pre-opening and post-opening marketing strategies, budgets, and action plans to achieve revenue and market penetration targets.
Brand Building & Positioning: Define the hotel's unique positioning in the Chengdu market, establish and maintain the Novotel brand image, ensuring all marketing activities align with brand standards.
Revenue Management Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Revenue Management to develop pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies to optimize total hotel revenue.
Channel Management & Development: Manage all distribution channels (including OTAs, GDS, direct web, corporate agreements, travel agents, MICE) and build strong relationships with key accounts (especially local and regional).
