崗位職責/職位描述
To supervise the operations of the Reservations & Call Center Department during shift by assisting to co-ordinate operational plans to meet Hotel sales targets.
通過協(xié)調(diào)運營計劃來達到酒店銷售目標,并以此監(jiān)管預(yù)訂部與總機房的運營。
University Relevant hotel experience preferred;
大專相關(guān)酒店經(jīng)驗;
Have at least 2years working experience in star hotel;?
具備星級酒店2年以上工作經(jīng)驗;
Friendly and guest orientated at all times;
友好,始終以客人為中心;
Familiar with Office tool, Word, Excel, Power Points;
懂得和工作相關(guān)的電腦知識;
Possesses strong interpersonal skills;
有很好的人際溝通能力;
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace;
在口頭和書面上有良好的溝通技巧,并且擁有工作崗位需要的最基本的語言交流能力;
