崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
The primary responsibility of the Doorman / Bellman is to assisting the guests with their arrival and departure experience; making necessary deliveries to and pick- ups from guest rooms, transporting hotel packages, faxes, envelopes and parcels. To ensure a superior guest experience and adherence to hotel service standards.?
