MAIN PURPOSE主要職責(zé)
To supervise the Front Office all units activities during the shift and handle guest relations and requests. Act as Duty Manager in the absence of senior management and department heads.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景資格
·???????College degree or above, major in hotel management is preferred.
大專以上學(xué)歷，酒店管理專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作經(jīng)歷
·????3 years’experience in front office / guest services operations, including supervisory experience at a hotel of similar size and complexity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.?
擁有3年前廳或賓客服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，包括在相似規(guī)模和復(fù)雜程度的酒店的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，或與此相當(dāng)?shù)慕逃拖嚓P(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)結(jié)合的背景。
·????Exposure to industry, which required high service standard.

·????Pre-opening experience is preferred.
