MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責
Assist Purchasing manager and coordinate the purchasing requirements of the hotel and ensure all are met in a timely, cost effective manner,producing the most qualitative samples, at the minimal price. An effective Purchasing Supervisor utilizes professional and ethical relationships with suppliers of same values, to support the success of the Hotel Operation.
協助采購經理協調酒店采購需求，確保所有的要求即時地低成本地得到滿足，用較低的價格準備符合要求的樣品。采購主管與同等價值的供應商有業務和合乎職業道德的關系，以支持酒店運行順利。

??????? At least 2 years International hotel purchasing experience
