MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責
To keep all equipment ingood repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day to day maintenance ofthe hotel under the direction of Engineering Management.
在工程管理部門指導下，進行酒店的日常修復，使設備處于良好的修復狀態， 以盡量縮短停工期。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景資格
???????Technical school graduate in any of engineering related trade or obtainvocational training plus four years of experience in related trade ofgraduation
技術學校任何工程相關專業畢業或接受過職業培訓加上相關畢業專業四年經驗。
???????Hold electrician certificate or maintenance worker qualificationcertificate
持有電工證或維修工資質證書
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作經歷
???????Extensive prior working experience with High-End Tour Operators is preferred.
擁有知名國際酒店品牌的工作經驗優先。
???????Experience in mechanical and electrical equipment or strong and weakelectricity.
機電設備或強弱電方面均有豐富經驗
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他專業要求
???????Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules (i.e.,Lockout Tagout, JSAs), Safety Awareness information (such as MSDS) operatingand maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.? Ability to write routine reports, keep logs,and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers and colleagues.
