MAINPURPOSE主要職責
The Housekeeping Supervisoris responsible for the standard of cleanliness in rooms, corridor and toprovide excellent service to guests.
客房主管的工作職責為保持客房,走廊的清潔標準以及向賓客提供優質服務。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景資格
·???????College degreeor above, major in hotel management is preferred.
大專以上學歷，酒店管理專業優先。
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作經歷
·???????At least 2years hotel experience.
至少2年的酒店經驗。
·???????Experience inhousekeeping floor,
在客房部樓層有豐富的工作經驗
·???????Exposure to industrythat required high service standard.
展現高水平的行業服務標準。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他專業要求
??????Good managementskill, organization and coordination skill, interpersonal communication skilland adaptability.
具有良好的管理能力，組織協調能力，人際溝通能力和應變能力.，掌握各類清潔用具的使用和保養方法
??????Have strongsense of responsibility, meticulous, careful; set self as an example, willingto learn, to be enthusiasm and compassionate, focus on quality and efficiency.

??????Be good atleading and motivating the work of the subordinate employees and correctlyevaluating their work performance, effectively prepare the department stafftraining plans, and organize the implementation.
善于領導和激勵下屬員工的工作和正確評估員工的工作表現，有效地編制部門員工培訓計劃，并組織實施。
??????Be familiarwith the work responsibilities, procedures and standards of all departments ofthe company.
熟悉本公司各部門的工作職責、程序和標準。
