MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責
To provide the best inGuest Service that exceeds Guest expectations. To maintain a high level ofcleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility. Maintain all equipment inproper working and good working condition. Handle all duties according to hotelpolicies, procedures, internal rules and standards. Strictly follow all cashhandling according to finance policy.
確保以專業的態度向客人提供好的在地體驗及健身中心服務。保持各種設備的清潔衛生。維持所有設備的正常運作。處理所有的工作都要依照酒店政策、程序、內部規定及標準。嚴格按照財務政策進行現金處理。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS 教育背景資格
- High school, Secondary school or above
高中或中專以上學歷。
- A lifeguard certificate, veteran or firefighting certificate and fitness instructor certificate is preferred.
持救生員資格證、退伍軍人或持消防證書、健身教練等專業證書優先。
PRIOR WORKINGEXPERIENCE 以往工作經歷
- Generalist background covering different aspects of REC.
康樂不同模塊均有相關的工作背景。
- Exposure to industry that required high service standard.
展現高水平的行業服務標準。
- Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
如有酒店行業工作經驗者更佳。
