1.?Assist in the reception and management of the front office department of the hotel, be familiar with the function of the front office service facilities, and be in good condition.
? ?協助做好酒店前廳部的接待和管理工作,熟知前廳服務設施的功能,處于完好狀態。
2. Analyze the relevant market plan, formulate the department's work plan, and complete the work report.

3. Strive to achieve the highest occupancy rate and get the best room revenue.

4. Clarify job responsibilities and adjust work deployment at any time.

5. Maintain good interpersonal relationships and be able to handle guest opportunities independently and effectively.

【職位要求】Job Specs
1.College degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience in the same position.
? ?大專以上學歷,有同崗位工作經驗3年以上。
2.Have a good team leadership spirit and execution, and work conscientiously and responsibly.?

3.Proficient in all aspects and procedures of the front office department.
