-主要負(fù)責(zé)公司客戶
1、全面負(fù)責(zé)酒店公司客戶、商務(wù)客戶等的推銷等工作。制定銷售計(jì)劃并確保所有團(tuán)隊(duì)成員按照計(jì)劃執(zhí)行對(duì)所負(fù)責(zé)的地區(qū)或行業(yè)的客戶進(jìn)行維護(hù)及開(kāi)發(fā)，通過(guò)電話銷售，當(dāng)面拜訪等形式了解客戶需求并最終達(dá)成銷售。
2、定期給員工進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)，確保團(tuán)隊(duì)熟悉酒店產(chǎn)品及流程，可以高效的發(fā)掘客戶需求并為之提供專業(yè)的定制服務(wù)。
3、擁有較為廣泛的公司客戶資源，并做好定期維護(hù)公司客戶關(guān)系，及時(shí)了解行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)及客戶需求，掌握服務(wù)技能、銷售溝通技能，做好客戶反饋。
4、定期分析客戶產(chǎn)量及客源市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)，預(yù)判市場(chǎng)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)并提前設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品及渠道以便抓住商機(jī)。
5、了解并熟悉競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的所有產(chǎn)品信息，包括主要客戶及其產(chǎn)量、酒店客房、餐飲、會(huì)務(wù)相關(guān)促銷信息等，并及時(shí)反饋信息給商務(wù)發(fā)展總監(jiān)/銷售部總監(jiān)。
6、定期分析客戶產(chǎn)量及客源市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)，預(yù)判市場(chǎng)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)并提前設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品及渠道以便抓住商機(jī)。
