一、客戶開發與維護-負責開發新的公司客戶，通過電話、郵件、拜訪等方式與潛在客戶建立聯系，介紹酒店產品和服務。例如，針對目標企業進行針對性的銷售拜訪，展示酒店的會議設施和住宿條件。維護現有公司客戶關系，定期回訪，了解客戶需求變化，及時解決客戶問題，提高客戶滿意度和忠誠度。如在客戶公司重要活動時送上祝福和小禮品。
二、銷售業務推進-與客戶進行商務談判，協商合作條款，包括房價、會議室租用價格、餐飲安排等，爭取達成合作意向。例如，根據客戶的預算和需求，為其定制個性化的會議套餐。-跟進客戶訂單，與酒店各部門協調，確保客戶的預訂得到準確落實，服務符合客戶要求。
三、市場信息收集與反饋-收集市場信息，了解競爭對手動態和行業趨勢，為酒店銷售策略調整提供參考。比如關注同地區其他五星級酒店的促銷活動和價格變化。-及時向銷售總監反饋客戶需求和市場變化，提出合理化建議，改進酒店產品和服務。
四、銷售業績達成-制定個人銷售計劃和目標，努力完成銷售任務，為酒店銷售業績做出貢獻。如每月制定一定數量的新客戶開發目標和銷售額目標。-定期匯報銷售工作進展和業績情況，接受上級領導的監督和指導。例如每周提交銷售工作報告，總結本周工作成果和問題。
五、仔細計劃與客戶的會面，對預定的客戶實施客戶關系管理，完成銷售目標。準備銷售報告，確保市場及客戶信息的準確性，以便于工作的跟進。
六、積極地傳播產品信息，在負責的市場內營造酒店的知名度。在所負責的區域內，與市場銷售總監一起計劃銷售攻勢，并確保其實現。
七、協助計劃和配合銷售活動，協助配合開發制作所有酒店促銷材料。
八、管理客戶檔案數據庫，手工或以電腦更新客戶檔案。
九、參與酒店銷售活動的策劃與執行，包括促銷方案、客戶活動等，提升品牌影響力。
十、完成協議合同簽訂、賬款回收及客戶檔案管理等后續工作，確保銷售流程規范化。
