【崗位職責】
1、負責酒店客房及公共區域的日常清潔與維護工作，確保環境整潔舒適；
2、按標準流程更換床單、毛巾等布草，補充客房用品（如洗漱用品、茶包等）；
3、檢查客房設施設備（如燈光、空調、電視等）是否正常，及時報修故障；
4、協助處理客人臨時需求，如加送物品、清潔服務等，確保響應及時；
5、遵守酒店安全與衛生規范，正確使用清潔工具及化學藥劑；
6、配合前臺、工程等部門完成客房狀態更新與協同工作。
【崗位要求】
1、身體健康，能適應站立工作及體力勞動；
2、具備服務意識，態度友善，耐心細致；
3、無經驗可培訓，有酒店客房服務經驗者優先；
4、能適應排班制（含早晚班），服從工作安排；
5、基本普通話溝通能力，無語言交流障礙。
