【崗位職責】
1. 制度建設與管理： 負責起草、修訂及完善酒店各項行政管理規章制度（如考勤、著裝、辦公行為規范等），并監督制度的落地執行，確保行政工作的標準化與規范化。
2. 公文撰寫與處理： 負責酒店內部各類行政公文（通知、通告、會議紀要、工作聯系函、日常合同等）的撰寫，確保文字材料的準確性和規范性。
3. 行政事務統籌： 負責酒店辦公環境管理、提升運營效率。
4. 會議與活動組織： 協助組織酒店內部各類會議及員工文化活動，做好會前準備、會議記錄及會后事項跟進。
5. 內外協調溝通： 作為行政窗口，負責與酒店各部門及外部相關單位進行有效溝通，確保信息傳遞順暢，協調處理各類日常行政事務。
【任職要求】
1. 學歷專業： 本科以上學歷，行政管理、酒店管理、中文、文秘等相關專業優先。
2. 文字功底強： 具備優秀的文字撰寫與邏輯梳理能力，能獨立撰寫完成各類行政管理制度文件，熟練使用Office辦公軟件（Word/Excel/PPT）。
3. 工作經驗： 具備2年以上酒店行業行政管理工作經驗，熟悉酒店運營流程及行政事務處理能力。
4. 綜合能力： 具備較強的溝通協調能力、執行力及抗壓能力，工作細致認真，責任心強，具有良好的服務意識。
5. 年齡要求： 40周歲以內，身體健康，形象優良。
