崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1.?Ensure?a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the Hotel.
確保餐飲部的正常營運(yùn),跟據(jù)酒店的結(jié)構(gòu)體系保持的有利的基本營運(yùn)。
2.?Responsible to maintain the overall welfare of our associates by providing them with the training & resources to take care of our guests.
有責(zé)任保證每位員工得到妥善的知識培訓(xùn)并有效地讓員工們學(xué)會如何關(guān)注客人的需求。
3.?Developing and enforcing standards, policies and procedures in the food service, restaurants and beverage areas.
有效地執(zhí)行各項(xiàng)條例和餐飲服務(wù),餐廳服務(wù)和酒吧服務(wù)上得到相應(yīng)的提高。
4.?Attain high sanitation standards throughout the Food and Beverage operation by enforcing?Couryard?Marriott’s 39 point Sanitation Checklist.
嚴(yán)格依據(jù)萬豪39點(diǎn)自測表上的要求執(zhí)行餐飲部部門的各項(xiàng)工作。
5.?Ensuring the development and execution of plans and actions for the improvement & marketing of Restaurant outlet offerings.
確保每個餐廳的銷售和各部門的發(fā)展。
6.?Develop and implement the hotel’s business plan.
提高和完成酒店的商業(yè)計(jì)劃。
7.??Ensuring in developing, monitoring and taking corrective action of annual operating budget, via:-?確保完成以下報表
