崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
崗位職責(zé):
??1. 協(xié)助人力資源總監(jiān)管理人事、薪酬、員工關(guān)系等模塊的日常運(yùn)營(yíng);
? ? · Assist the Director of Human Resources in managing the daily operations of modules such as personnel, compensation, and employee relations.
??2. 負(fù)責(zé)酒店招聘活動(dòng)的組織實(shí)施,包括關(guān)鍵崗位面試、背景調(diào)查及錄用流程;
? ? · Responsible for organizing and implementing hotel recruitment activities, including key position interviews, background checks, and onboarding processes.
??3. 管理員工勞動(dòng)合同、人事檔案、入離職手續(xù)及系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù),確保準(zhǔn)確合規(guī);
? ? · Manage employee labor contracts, personnel files, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and system data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
??4. 處理員工咨詢、投訴及一般性勞動(dòng)糾紛,協(xié)助開(kāi)展員工關(guān)懷活動(dòng)與企業(yè)文化建設(shè);
????· Handle employee inquiries, complaints, and general labor disputes, assist in organizing employee care activities and corporate culture building.
??5. 協(xié)助進(jìn)行人力資源數(shù)據(jù)分析,制作相關(guān)人事報(bào)表;
? ? · Assist in HR data analysis and prepare related HR reports.
??6. 監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo)人事專員的工作。
? ? · Supervise and guide the work of HR Specialists.
任職要求:
??1. 年齡30-45周歲,本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源或相關(guān)專業(yè);
????· Aged 30-45, Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related fields.
??2. 5年以上人力資源工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中至少1年在高星級(jí)酒店擔(dān)任人事主管或經(jīng)理職務(wù);
? ? · Over 5 years of HR work experience, with at least 1 year as an HR Supervisor or Manager in a high-star hotel.
??3. 熟練掌握勞動(dòng)法律法規(guī)、薪酬福利及人事操作流程;
? ? · Proficient in labor laws and regulations, compensation & benefits, and HR operational procedures.
??4. 熟練使用HR相關(guān)軟件,具備良好的溝通能力、服務(wù)意識(shí)和保密意識(shí)。
? ??· Proficient in HR-related software, with good communication skills, service orientation, and confidentiality awareness.
