崗位職責:

??1. 根據每周菜單計劃,準時、保質、保量地完成員工正餐、宵夜的烹飪工作。精通大鍋菜烹飪技巧,確保口味穩定、菜肴可口。負責食材的初步加工、切配、腌制等準備工作。在保證基本伙食的基礎上,偶爾協助開發新菜式,豐富菜品多樣性。

??2. 嚴格遵守《食品安全法》及酒店衛生標準,執行“生熟分開”、“燒熟煮透”等操作規范。負責本人工作區域及設備的清潔、消毒與維護,確保符合衛生檢查要求。正確執行食品儲存標準,做好先進先出,防止食材交叉污染與浪費。

? ? · Assist in daily receiving inspections of ingredients to ensure quantity and quality. Effectively manage ingredient usage, actively participate in cost control, and reduce unnecessary loss. Comply with kitchen safety operating procedures, correctly use and maintain equipment to prevent safety incidents. Assist in completing daily kitchen inventory counts.

??4. 與其他廚師及服務員緊密合作,確保供餐流程順暢高效。保持積極的工作態度,營造良好的團隊工作氛圍。服從主管的工作安排,并能適應倒班。
