崗位職責/職位描述
崗位職責：
1. 嚴格執行每日清潔計劃，負責廚房地面、墻壁、臺面、油煙罩、設備外部及下水道的徹底清潔與消毒。
?·?Strictly implement daily cleaning plans, responsible for thorough cleaning and disinfection of kitchen floors, walls, countertops, range hoods, equipment exteriors, and drains.
2. 及時清理廚余垃圾，并按規定進行垃圾分類與清倒，保持垃圾桶及周邊清潔。
? ·?Promptly clean kitchen waste, sort and dispose of garbage according to regulations, keep trash bins and surrounding areas clean.
3. 負責員工餐廳就餐區桌椅、地面、門窗的清潔與整理，確保就餐環境整潔。
??·?Responsible for cleaning and tidying tables, chairs, floors, doors, and windows in the staff canteen dining area to ensure a tidy dining environment.
4. 定期進行深度清潔工作（如冰箱除霜、高空除塵等）。操作洗碗機或人工清洗所有餐具、廚具（鍋、盆、刀具等），確保清洗干凈、無水漬、無污垢。
? · Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks (e.g., refrigerator defrosting, high dusting). Operate dishwashers or manually wash all tableware and kitchenware (pots, pans, knives, etc.) to ensure they are clean, free of water stains and grime.
5. 將清洗后的餐具進行正確消毒、烘干，并分類存放于指定保潔柜。
??· Correctly sanitize, dry, and store cleaned tableware by category in designated cabinets.
6. 檢查餐具完好情況，及時報損破損餐具。
? · Check the condition of tableware, promptly report damaged items.
7. 在廚師指導下，進行基礎的食材準備工作，如蔬菜的摘洗、削皮、切割，米類的淘洗等。
? ?· Under the guidance of cooks, perform basic ingredient preparation work such as washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, and rinsing rice.
?任職要求：
1. 年齡一般要求20-50歲，身體素質良好。
? · Generally aged 18-55, in good physical condition.
2. 無需相關工作經驗，有食堂、餐廳后廚或保潔工作經驗者優先錄用。
? · No relevant work experience required, preference given to those with canteen, restaurant kitchen, or cleaning experience.
3. 具備基本的清潔、整理能力。
??· Possess basic cleaning and tidying skills.
4. 能聽懂基本工作指令，有簡單的溝通能力。

5. 能進行簡單的體力勞動（如搬運貨物、站立工作）。
