崗位職責：

1. 負責建設禮賓部所有的服務流程、標準（SOP）及管理制度，制定部門預算、工作計劃與培訓體系；

4. 親自督導并參與重要賓客（VIP）的抵離店接待流程，建立并維護重點賓客關系，提升賓客忠誠度；

5. 高效協調客房、餐飲、銷售等部門工作，負責禮賓部資產，合理控制部門運營成本。

任職要求：

1. 年齡28-40周歲，大專及以上學歷，酒店管理、旅游管理相關專業優先；

2. 擁有3年以上高星級酒店禮賓或前廳服務經驗，其中至少1年擔任主管或經理職務；

3. 精通酒店禮賓服務全流程，熟悉本地交通、旅游商務信息，具備良好的溝通及外部資源協調能力；
