崗位職責/職位描述
崗位職責：
1.熟練操作并負責洗地機、拋光機、地毯抽洗機、高壓水槍等專業設備，獨立完成大堂石材養護、地毯深度清潔、外墻玻璃清洗等專項任務。
Proficient in operating and responsible for professional equipment such as floor scrubbers, polishers, carpet extractors and high-pressure water guns, and independently complete special tasks such as lobby stone maintenance, deep carpet cleaning and exterior wall glass cleaning.
2.負責所有分配的專業清潔設備的日常使用后清潔、基礎保養、故障排查及簡單維修工作。
Be responsible for the daily cleaning, basic maintenance, troubleshooting and simple repair of all assigned professional cleaning equipment after use.
3.協助主管進行技術評估，在大型清潔項目中提供核心技術支持。嚴格遵守所有設備的安全操作規范。
Assist the supervisor in technical evaluation and provide core technical support in large-scale cleaning projects. Strictly abide by the safe operating specifications of all equipment.
任職要求：
1.年齡 25-50 周歲，具備 1 年以上專業清潔設備操作經驗，熟悉各類地面材質的保養流程。
Aged 25-50, with more than 1 year of professional cleaning equipment operation experience and familiar with the maintenance processes of various floor materials.
2.安全意識極強，能嚴格按規程作業。身體健康，能適應體力勞動和偶爾的高空作業。
Strong sense of safety and able to operate in strict accordance with procedures. Healthy and able to adapt to physical labor and occasional high-altitude operations.
