崗位職責/職位描述
崗位職責：
1.根據標準流程，高效、高質量地完成指定客房的清潔、整理、補充物品及設備檢查工作。
According to standard processes, efficiently and high-quality complete the cleaning, arrangement, item replenishment and equipment inspection of designated guest rooms.
2.為住客提供及時、禮貌的對客服務，如開夜床、收取洗衣、補充物品等。
Provide timely and polite customer services for in-house guests, such as turndown service, laundry collection and item replenishment.
3.負責所轄樓層走廊、服務間等區域的清潔與維護。
Be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of corridors, service rooms and other areas on the assigned floor.
4.報告房間內設施故障、客人遺留物品及任何異常情況。
Report facility failures, guest left items and any abnormal situations in the room.
5.遵守酒店安全、衛生及保密政策。
Abide by hotel safety, hygiene and confidentiality policies.
任職要求：
1.年齡 20-50 歲，中專及以上學歷。
Aged 20-50, technical secondary school degree or above.
2.1 年以上相關工作經驗為佳，無經驗者經培訓合格后可上崗。
More than 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred, and inexperienced candidates can be employed after passing training.
3.身體健康，吃苦耐勞，工作細致，有責任心，能適應體力勞動和倒班。
