崗位職責/職位描述
崗位職責1. 全面負責酒店酒吧大堂、茶吧及紅酒雪茄吧的日常運營、服務管理與利潤目標達成。
Fully responsible for the daily operation, service management and profit target achievement of the hotel lobby bar, tea bar and red wine & cigar bar.
2. 制定并實施酒吧部年度預算、營銷策略、酒水單/茶單更新及成本控制方案。
Formulate and implement the bar department's annual budget, marketing strategy, wine list/tea list update and cost control plan.
3. 確保所有酒吧區域提供卓越、專業的賓客體驗,維持高標準的服務質量。
Ensure that all bar areas provide excellent and professional guest experience and maintain high standards of service quality.
4. 精通酒水、茶葉、雪茄知識,嚴格控制庫存與采購,優化供應商管理。
Proficient in alcohol, tea and cigar knowledge, strictly control inventory and procurement, and optimize supplier management.
5. 策劃并執行主題推廣活動,提升酒吧知名度、客流量與營業額。
Plan and execute thematic promotion activities to enhance the bar's popularity, customer flow and turnover.
6. 維護所有酒吧設備設施,確保運營安全并符合酒店衛生及安全標準。
Maintain all bar facilities and equipment to ensure operational safety and compliance with hotel hygiene and safety standards.
7. 處理重大客人投訴及突發事件,與餐飲部及其他部門保持高效協作。
Handle major guest complaints and emergencies, and maintain efficient cooperation with the catering department and other departments.
任職要求1. 年齡30-45周歲,大專及以上學歷,酒店管理、餐飲管理或相關專業。
Aged 30-45, college degree or above, major in hotel management, catering management or related fields.
2. 5年以上高星級酒店或高端酒吧管理經驗,熟悉各類酒吧運營。
More than 5 years of management experience in high-star hotels or high-end bars, familiar with the operation of various bars.
3. 具備豐富的酒水知識(尤其紅酒與洋酒)、茶藝知識及雪茄服務經驗。
Have rich knowledge of alcohol (especially red wine and foreign wine), tea art and cigar service experience.
4. 具備出色的商業頭腦、領導力、溝通技巧和客戶關系維護能力。
Possess excellent business acumen, leadership, communication skills and customer relationship maintenance capabilities.
