崗位職責/職位描述

【崗位職責】

1、負責前臺接待工作,為賓客提供入住、退房、問詢等專業(yè)服務;

2、準確處理客房預訂信息,及時更新房態(tài)并協(xié)調相關部門;

3、熟練操作酒店管理系統(tǒng),確保賬務及賓客信息的準確性;

4、協(xié)助處理賓客投訴及特殊需求,提供高效解決方案;

5、維護前臺區(qū)域整潔,確保服務環(huán)境符合酒店標準;

6、執(zhí)行現(xiàn)金及信用卡交易,嚴格遵守財務流程;

7、配合團隊完成日常運營任務及臨時安排的工作。


【崗位要求】

1、具備良好的服務意識與溝通能力,能靈活應對各類賓客需求;

2、普通話流利,基本英語交流能力優(yōu)先;

3、能適應倒班工作制(含夜班),抗壓能力強;

4、熟練使用辦公軟件,有酒店管理系統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;

5、注重細節(jié),具備團隊協(xié)作精神及責任心;

6、無經(jīng)驗者可培訓,有酒店前臺或服務行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。


[Job Responsibilities]
1. Responsible for front desk reception work, providing professional services such as check-in, check-out, and inquiries for guests;
2. Accurately process room reservation information, update room status in a timely manner, and coordinate with relevant departments;
3. Proficient in operating hotel management systems to ensure the accuracy of accounting and guest information;
4. Assist in handling guest complaints and special needs, and provide efficient solutions;
5. Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area and ensure that the service environment meets hotel standards;
6. Execute cash and credit card transactions, strictly follow financial procedures;
7. Cooperate with the team to complete daily operational tasks and temporary arrangements.
[Job Requirements]
1. Having good service awareness and communication skills, able to flexibly respond to various guest needs;
2. Fluent in Mandarin, basic English communication skills are preferred;
3. Able to adapt to shift work (including night shifts) and have strong stress resistance;
4. Proficient in using office software, experience in hotel management systems is preferred;
5. Pay attention to details, possess teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility;
6. Inexperienced individuals can receive training, while those with experience in hotel front desk or service industry are preferred.
