§ Assist all guests arriving by car, taxi or limousine by opening the car door and helping to unload luggage. Extreme care and proper loading habits for protection of guest property should be taken when carts are in use.
協(xié)助到店客人開車門，從車輛后備箱卸行李。在使用行李車運送客人物品時要小心搬運以確保不要損壞客人的物品。
§ Maintain post outside front doors at all times. Greet and smile to guests with warm welcome, take the ownership of the hotel image.
在酒店門外保持良好的站姿和形態(tài)，明白自己代表著整個酒店的形象，熱情微笑地歡迎每一位客人。
§ Doormen should also keep the door area accident-free and must be alert of any potential accidents and try to prevent them from happening.
門童應確保酒店正門口安全，且必須對潛在的安全隱患保持警惕。
§ Keep guest information confidential and only communicate the information with proper personnel.
確保客人信息的保密性,只能為工作為目的與相關員工進行交流。
§ Assist all guests in obtaining a taxi or limousine and, if necessary, assist with loading of luggage.
協(xié)助客人叫出租車或者預定酒店車，如有需求，幫助客人搬運行李。
§ Keep Front Door and Lobby area clean and clear of litter at all times.
保持酒店正門口車道,進出以及大堂區(qū)域清潔，沒有雜物。
§ Ensure flags are raised each morning and lowered each evening or during inclement weather following proper flag etiquette.
確保早上準時升旗，傍晚降旗。按照國旗管理相關規(guī)定在惡劣天氣情況下降下所有旗子，妥善保管。
§ Assist in answering the Concierge counter telephone. Help to check and uncheck luggage for guests.
接聽禮賓部電話。幫助客人存取行李。
§ Provide accurate directions, maps and other city information as requested, about the immediate and surrounding areas.
為客人準確指路，提供地圖，酒店周圍的信息及問訊服務。
§ Be very knowledgeable about the rooms allocation and features, services and facilities of the hotel.
熟知酒店房間分布和特點，酒店各設施、餐廳和其他相關服務項目、營業(yè)時間等。
§ Have a solid understanding and able to give accurate directions to local attractions, restaurants. Being able to offer and arrange car rental, airline and train tickets and shopping for the guests, etc.
熟悉當?shù)氐穆糜尉包c、餐廳信息。協(xié)助客人租車、預定飛機票火車票,提供商場購物的信息。
§ All guest services must be recorded on the log sheet in a timely manner.
所有對客服務需及時記錄在登記本上。
§ Spot-clean the windows to the hotel's main entrance.
清潔酒店正門玻璃上的小污漬。
§ Maintain a clear roadway directly in front of the hotel entrance.
確保酒店正門外的車道暢通。
§ Keep an umbrella in an accessible area at all times to assist guests in and out of cars during inclement weather, including escorting guests to their parked vehicles.
確保雨傘擺放在明顯的，客人易取的位置。雨雪等惡劣天氣為上下車的客人提供幫助，包括為客人打傘送客人到停車場上車。
§ Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
能夠熟練高效與客人、同事進行口頭溝通。
§ Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching.
