Carry out fire prevention and fire safety work with Director of loss prevention supervision；
在防損總監(jiān)的直接領導下，開展并完成酒店各項安全及消防防火工作；
Bring associates to take action on necessary training ；
帶領部門員工開展各項培訓（訓練）；
Assist Director of Loss Prevention to supervise fire prevention and life safety；
協(xié)助防損總監(jiān)督導檢查酒店各部門的安全及消防防火工作情況；
Inspections on the important areas, analyze on problems and find solution；
對各重點部位的安全情況進行檢查，分析隱患并提出改進辦法，保障絕對安全；
Handle associates shift arrange and guest complains during operation；
處理員工交接班安排和客人投訴；
Supervise the implementation of each shift during operation, correct any bad phenomena, criticize and educate those who violate the rules, and propose handling suggestions to the loss prevention director for those who meet the penalty provisions；
督查各班次在運作中的執(zhí)行情況，對糾正違規(guī)行為，對違規(guī)人員進行批評教育，對觸犯處罰規(guī)定的行為，向防損總監(jiān)提出處理建議；
Supervise on shift lead with fire prevention and life safety issue；
督導屬下各主管做好各項安全和消防防火工作；
When the loss prevention director is on leave or not on duty, he/she should proactively fulfill the duties and obligations of the loss prevention director.；
如防損總監(jiān)休息或外出時，應主動履行防損總監(jiān)的職責和義務；
According to the hotel's manual standards, supervise the department staff to maintain a good personal image;
根據(jù)酒店的手冊標準，督導部門員工保持良好的個人形象；
Follow the hotel's policy, code of conduct and procedures；
遵守酒店的政策、行為準則及程序；
Accept the supervisor checks of work, supervision, management and evaluation from Director of Security；
接受上級的工作檢查、監(jiān)督、管理和評估；
Be response for own discipline, dereliction of duty (negligence) actions；
保持自律性、為自己的失職（瀆職）行為負責。
Complete other various work instructions assigned by the Loss Prevention Director;
完成防損總監(jiān)交辦的其它各項工作指令；
