【崗位職責】
1、負責餐廳日常服務工作，包括餐前準備、餐中服務及餐后收尾工作；
2、熱情接待顧客，主動介紹菜品及特色，提供優質的用餐體驗；
3、準確記錄顧客點單信息，及時傳達至后廚，確保上菜效率；
4、保持餐廳環境整潔，定期清理餐具、桌椅及工作區域；
5、協助處理顧客投訴及突發情況，確保問題及時解決；
6、配合團隊完成上級安排的其他臨時性工作任務。
【崗位要求】
1、具備良好的服務意識，態度熱情、耐心細致；
2、具備基本的溝通能力，能與顧客及同事有效協作；
3、身體健康，能適應站立工作及早晚班次安排；
4、有餐飲行業工作經驗者優先，無經驗可培訓上崗；
5、遵守公司規章制度，服從工作安排，具備團隊合作精神。
