崗位職責：
1.?協助市場銷售總監完成月度&年度經營指標，積極地完成部門銷售任務，為整個部門達到銷售預算做出貢獻
2.?執行客戶關系管理計劃，與酒店客戶建立良好、穩定的長期關系并持續開發新客戶，緊密跟進所負責客戶的收入產量，無論何時，最大化增加銷售額
3.?通過電話拜訪/銷售拜訪等形式，進行客房，餐飲，宴會，時令產品銷售，
制作商務散客協議，團隊入住/會議/用餐以及其他活動的報價，合同簽訂等，并在活動確認后，下發活動單至各營運部門，召開重要活動接待協調會等，確保活動順利舉行，并擁有良好的客戶滿意度，贏得更多回頭客
4.?熟悉武漢酒店行業動態，定期進行競爭酒店市場調查與分析
5.?通過直接的客戶拜訪及電話銷售等方式完成銷售計劃，并積極開發潛在的商務客戶，建立及更新客戶檔案
6.?良好的儀容儀表，儀態，并熟悉酒店全部的產品知識以及賣點
7.?參加每日/周/月會議，并提前準備好相應的書面報告
8.?積極傳播酒店產品，在負責區域使酒店美譽度及影響力最大化
9.?嚴格執行酒店財務部制定的信貸流程及制度
10.完成上級交代的其他任務
崗位要求：
1.?大專及以上學歷，年齡在22-35歲
2.?有從事酒店前臺、銷售等部門的工作經歷
3.?有酒店管理或旅游管理相關知識儲備
4.?具有市場調查和預測能力，能及時掌握市場動態并綜合分析
5.?有較強的語言表達能力和paperwork能力
6.?良好的英語能力及人際交往能力，有團隊精神
