【崗位職責】
1、負責酒店人力資源日常管理工作，包括招聘、培訓、績效、薪酬、員工關系等模塊的統籌與執行；
2、根據酒店業務需求，制定并執行招聘計劃，確保各部門崗位及時補充合適人才；
3、組織新員工入職培訓及在職員工的技能提升培訓，完善培訓體系并監督實施效果；
4、負責員工考勤、薪資核算、社保等事務性工作的審核與管理；
5、處理員工入職、轉正、調崗、離職等手續，維護員工檔案及人事系統數據；
6、協助制定并優化人力資源相關制度及流程，確保符合勞動法規及酒店管理要求；
7、協調員工關系，處理員工投訴及勞動糾紛，營造良好的工作氛圍；
8、完成上級交辦的其他行政人事相關工作。
【崗位要求】
1、熟悉人力資源管理各模塊工作流程，具備酒店行業相關經驗者優先；
2、具備較強的招聘能力，能獨立完成崗位需求分析、渠道拓展及面試評估；
3、良好的溝通協調能力，能妥善處理員工關系及跨部門協作事務；
4、熟練使用Office辦公軟件及人事管理系統，具備基礎數據分析能力；
5、工作細致認真，責任心強，具備較強的抗壓能力及問題解決能力；
6、對勞動法規有一定了解，能確保人力資源工作合法合規開展。
語言能力：中國普通話-良好計算機能力：良好
