WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist in daily revenue management operations, including pricing and inventory updates
Monitor daily pick-up, booking pace, and market demand trends
Support rate management across all distribution channels (OTA, direct channels, etc.)
Conduct competitor and market analysis to support pricing decisions
Prepare regular reports on occupancy, ADR, and revenue performance
Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes
Ensure data accuracy across systems (PMS, OTA platforms, internal tools)
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in revenue management, data analysis, or hospitality industry (internship experience is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables preferred)
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Familiarity with PMS, RMS, OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) is an advantage
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
