WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Independently develop and implement daily pricing and inventory strategies, dynamically adjust room rates and inventory allocation for different market segments to ensure channel price consistency
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor pricing strategies and demand changes, formulate professional analytical reports to provide core data support for overall revenue strategy formulation
- Monitor core performance metrics including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace and cancellation rate, formulate and execute immediate corrective measures for performance deviations to meet phased revenue goals
- Be responsible for the core operation and data optimization of revenue management system (RMS), property management system (PMS) and channel management systems to ensure data accuracy and efficient tool utilization
- Guide, train and supervise the daily work of Revenue Analysts, review their data analysis, report preparation and price update work to ensure the quality of grass-roots execution
- Undertake special revenue optimization projects assigned, act as the project leader to promote the full process of project execution and report results
- Independently connect with various distribution channels, follow up channel performance, put forward channel optimization suggestions?
- Complete revenue forecasting, budget formulation and financial calculation, and sort out historical and market data to form accurate forecasting drafts
- Cooperate in depth with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing and operations to promote the coordinated implementation of revenue strategies and timely feed back business needs and problems
- Prepare regular core revenue performance reports, extract key data insights and operation suggestions, and report regularly to the stakeholders
- Assist in formulating medium and long-term revenue strategies, participate in market research and strategic discussion to promote the disassembly of strategies into executable daily work
- Continuously pay attention to cutting-edge revenue management tools, methods and industry trends, introduce and implement optimization schemes suitable for the company to improve overall revenue management capabilities
- Complete other work assigned and promote the achievement of the company's overall revenue objectives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analysis or related fields. Relevant revenue management certification (e.g., CRME) is a plus
- 3~5 years’ experience in revenue management or data analysis in the hospitality/residential asset industry, preferably with team guidance or grass-roots management experience
- Profound professional knowledge of hotel/revenue management, with a clear understanding of distribution channel operation rules and pricing logic is a plus
- Strong independent data analysis and operational decision-making abilities, able to make accurate judgments and suggestions based on market and business data
- Excellent communication, coordination and cross-departmental cooperation skills, able to independently connect with internal and external partners and solve work coordination problems
- Proficiency in revenue management software and tools, including property management systems (PMS), channel managers, revenue optimization platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions, data modeling)
- Basic leadership abilities with a track record of guiding junior employees and improving team work standardization
- Strategic thinking and landing ability, able to accurately understand the overall revenue strategy and disassemble it into specific daily execution tasks
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving phased revenue targets and optimizing daily revenue management efficiency
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to use English fluently for work communication and report preparation
