Your future mission 崗位職責:
1.Responsible to oversee and manage the learning and development process for all talent in the hotel. This position will ensure that all learning activities supportAccorHotels philosophy of creating an environment where each and every member of the team is recognized as talent and feels valued for their contribution.

Coordinate the actions of the hotel leaders and team in the elements of the Talent Journey including but not limited to, Employer Branding, Recruitment & Selection,Induction & Onboarding, Performance Management & Feedback, Learning& Development, Talent Potential Identification, Career Management, CultureDiversity & Inclusion, Policies & Procedures, Corporate SocialResponsibility and Satisfaction & Engagement with the objective of providing business support to all departments through collaboration and coaching.

3. Ensure that all members of the team are aware of the company mission, live the values and are consistent in their behavior to enable excellence in serving and anticipating guest needs.

4. Encourage an environment which supports open ongoing feedback and coaching to breach gaps for better performance.

5. Conduct/review Learning& Development needs analysis annually and budget accordingly.
每年進行和審查年度學習與發展需求分析和相應的預算。
6. Deliver all brand customer service and quality standards training to all members of the team;
為團隊成員提供品牌服務和質量標準的培訓。
7. Maintain accurate reporting on the Learning & Development delivery and program .
確保學習與發展計劃和完成報告的準確性。
You are 崗位要求:
1. Bachelor or above, certificate or diploma in hospitality.
大學本科或以上學歷,酒店管理相關專業。
2. 3 years of experience in a international hotels.
至少三年及以上國際高端酒店工作經驗。
3. Knowledge and experience of associated computer applications.
熟練掌握辦公軟件的使用。
4. Excellent oral and written skills in Mandarin and English.
優秀的中英文聽說讀寫能力。
5. With strong capability of communication, coordination and management.
具有較強的溝通、協調和管理能力。
6. Honest and fair in handling things, and good at communication with talent.
