Your future mission 崗位職責(zé):
1. To assist the Purchasing Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation ofthe Purchasing Department.
協(xié)助采購經(jīng)理確保采購工作的正常運(yùn)行。
2. Process the Purchase Request and ultimately the Purchase Order.
制定采購申請(qǐng)單和定單。
3. Contact with suppliers to ensure the delivering date of goods to hotel according to regulation of contract.
確定已訂購貨物的送貨時(shí)間并和供應(yīng)商聯(lián)系保證貨物按要求送批酒店。
4. Ensure that a process exists for an immediate response to all purchasing department problems.
對(duì)其他使用部門的采購疑問能提供專業(yè)的服務(wù)。
5. Ensure that Purchasing Manuals are kept up-to-date and only approved items are purchased. Purchase Order Logs should be maintained.
確保采購單貨物的價(jià)格的定價(jià)及只能購買被批準(zhǔn)的貨物,采購記錄本必須及時(shí)更新。
6. Make sure the purchase policy and procedures are adhered to under the supervision of the purchase manager.? Choose the best price without scarify our standard.
在采購經(jīng)理的管理下,確保采購程序的運(yùn)作。在不降低標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的前提下,選擇最合適的價(jià)格。
You are 崗位要求:
1. College degree or above,?have education in accounting.
大專或以上學(xué)歷,財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)專業(yè)
2. 3years or above experience in related work. in the area of recruitment at international hotels
三年以上國(guó)際品牌酒店相關(guān)工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. Fluent oral and written English.
有良好的英語能力
4. With capability of communication and coordination
有較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)和管理能力
5. Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters
工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),作風(fēng)正派,處事公正,有良好的素質(zhì)
6. Well complete each work task designated at the above Job Responsibility
