1.?Prepare the standard operation procedure of kitchen, the policy of food safety and sanitation, etc. Supervise all kitchen personnel to implement strictly.

2. Responsible for ensuring availability of fresh food supplies and other operating supplies to operate his/ her section in the kitchen.

3. Responsible for the proper handling, maintenance and working condition of all equipment in the section.

4.?Setting canteen weekly menu with varieties.
制定人才餐廳每周的菜單,品種要多樣。
5.?In control of number for each meal and ensure the food quantity.
掌握每餐的用餐人數,確保菜肴的數量。
6. Control monthly cost effectively including food and other expenses.
控制好每月餐廳的各項成本,包括食品和其他費用支出。
7. Effectively monitor the quality of food, and make sure the food served is always up to standard.

8. Responsible for the hygiene and cleanliness of both kitchen and restaurant, and provide a clean environment for talent to have meals. ?
