Your future mission 崗位職責:
1.?To supervise Room Attendant and inspect guest rooms and surround service areas. Paying attention to details by keeping the international standard of room cleanliness and product maintenance adhering to standard required by our hotel.
管理客房服務員并檢查客房及服務區域的衛生,注意從酒店的全局出發并根據要求建立國際化的衛生標準。
2. To check all the guest rooms, VIP in-house, VIP arrival and long staying guests.
檢查所有客房,重要客人的房間以及重要客人的到達,以及常住客人的房間衛生。
3. To prepare daily work sheet?for?room?Attendants.
準備客房服務員的每日工作表。
4. Record daily events in the logbook and follow up on previous information reported by outgoing supervisor daily.
記錄日常事件并繼續向下一班主管的做好交班。
5. To assist in the inventory of guestroom linen.
協助客房布草的盤點。
6. Prepares supervisor’s report, accomplishes requisition from and maintenance work orders.
準備主管報告,完成維護工作需求。
7. Collects R.A.’s reports for submission to Housekeeping office.
收集客房服務人才作報告并將其上交到辦公室文員處。
8. Reports and turns over any items left by guests to Lost & Found in-charge.
提醒人才報告并上交任何客人的遺留的物品。
You are 崗位要求:
1. Experience in HSKP for 2 years will be preferred have floor management working experience
具有客房部樓層的2年的工作管理經驗
2. Familiarity Housekeeping chemicals and cleaning SOP
了解客房清潔用品和工作標準
3. Skill to communicate and coordinate
具有良好的溝通能力和協調能力
4. Good logic and operational capability

5. Good computer skill.
