崗位職責/職位描述

Your future mission 崗位職責:

1. Carries out and coordinates the organization, preparation, production, presentation and assures the high standard of culinary services offered to guests.?

2. Responsible for ensuring availability of fresh food supplies and other operating supplies to operate his/ her section in the kitchen.

4. Coordinate the production required from other sections to ensure availability.

5. Create new and innovative products, dishes, plate and buffet presentation.

6. Has high knowledge of all preparation concerning ingredients, cooking techniques and presentation in all areas of the kitchen

You are 崗位要求:

1.?Has the same position in the luxury hotel over 5 years.

具有奢華酒店同類職位的工作經驗5年以上。

2.?Interpersonal skills to deal with guests and talent issues.

具備處理客人與人才關系問題的溝通能力。

3.?Confidently able to resolve problems and make decisions.

具備一定的決策能力、解決問題的能力。

4.?Has the management experience of Western Kitchen, Japanese Kitchen and Korean Kitchen.

具西式、日韓料理烹飪廚藝及廚房管理經驗優先。

5.?Adaptable to use computer skill.

熟悉電腦操作技能。
