Your future mission 崗位職責(zé):
Account director will be responsible for selling hotel room, catering and food and beverage to targeted luxury brands and Accor Luxury Collective, lifestyle, beauty, cosmetic, fashion, culture & art, music concert etc. industry to achieve business goals and objectives through sales solicitation and overall co-ordination. This role will also involve event management.
客戶總監(jiān)負(fù)責(zé)銷售酒店房間、宴會(huì)和餐飲場(chǎng)所;負(fù)責(zé)奢侈品牌及雅高奢華旅行商渠道、生活方式品類、美妝、時(shí)尚時(shí)裝、文化和藝術(shù)、收藏拍賣、明星演唱會(huì)領(lǐng)域的生意機(jī)會(huì)。通過敏銳的洞察力、溝通和談判能力實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售收入指標(biāo)。這個(gè)崗位會(huì)涉及跟進(jìn)負(fù)責(zé)客戶在店活動(dòng)的工作內(nèi)容。
You are 崗位要求:
1. Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field.
酒店管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)的本科或?qū)?茖W(xué)歷。
2.?Minimum five (5) years relevant experience in a similar position in a luxury international hotel brand.
在奢華國(guó)際酒店內(nèi)從事至少五年同等崗位的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.?Mastering the knowledge of sales skills, have the strong practice experience and positive attitude to work.
掌握出色的銷售的技能、技巧知識(shí),并具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),以及積極的工作態(tài)度。
4.?Excellent team management experience.
優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),能夠激勵(lì)并帶領(lǐng)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)成目。
5. Excellent oral and written skills in Mandarin and English.
優(yōu)秀的中英文聽說讀寫能力。
