【崗位職責】
【 Job Responsibilities】
1、全面負責酒店財務部門的日常管理工作,包括會計核算、成本控制、預算編制及財務分析等;
Be fully responsible for the daily management of the hotel's finance department, including accounting, cost control, budget preparation and financial analysis, etc.
2、審核酒店各項財務收支,確保賬務處理的準確性和合規性,監督資金流動及使用效率;
Review all financial revenues and expenditures of the hotel to ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting processing, and supervise the flow and utilization efficiency of funds.
3、編制月度、季度及年度財務報表,定期向管理層匯報財務狀況并提出改進建議;
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, report the financial status to the management on a regular basis and put forward improvement suggestions;
4、負責稅務申報及稅務籌劃工作,確保酒店稅務合規并優化稅負;
Be responsible for tax declaration and tax planning to ensure the hotel's tax compliance and optimize the tax burden.
5、監督酒店固定資產管理,定期盤點并確保賬實相符;
Supervise the management of the hotel's fixed assets, conduct regular inventories and ensure that the accounts match the actual situation.
6、協調與銀行、稅務、審計等外部機構的業務往來,維護良好的合作關系;
Coordinate business transactions with external institutions such as banks, tax authorities, and auditors, and maintain good cooperative relationships;
7、參與酒店經營決策,提供財務數據支持,協助制定財務戰略及成本控制方案;
Participate in hotel operation decisions, provide financial data support, and assist in formulating financial strategies and cost control plans;
8、完善財務管理制度及流程,提升財務團隊的工作效率與專業水平。
Improve the financial management system and processes to enhance the work efficiency and professional level of the financial team.
【崗位要求】
【 Job Requirements】
1、具備財務、會計、審計等相關專業背景,持有初級及以上會計職稱優先;
Have a background in finance, accounting, auditing or related fields. Those holding a junior or higher accounting title are preferred.
2、熟悉酒店行業財務運作模式,了解相關財稅法規及會計準則;
Familiar with the financial operation mode of the hotel industry, and have an understanding of relevant fiscal and taxation regulations and accounting standards;
3、具備較強的財務分析能力,能獨立完成預算編制及財務報告;
Possess strong financial analysis capabilities and be capable of independently completing budget preparation and financial reporting.
4、熟練使用財務軟件及辦公軟件(Excel、Word等);
Proficient in using financial software and office software (Excel, Word, etc.);
5、工作細致嚴謹,責任心強,具備良好的溝通協調能力及團隊管理能力;
Work meticulously and rigorously, with a strong sense of responsibility, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills as well as team management abilities.
6、能承受一定的工作壓力,適應快節奏的工作環境。
