【崗位職責】
?【 Job Responsibilities】
1、負責酒店前臺的日常接待工作，包括為客人辦理入住、退房手續，處理預訂及變更需求；
?Be responsible for the daily reception work at the hotel front desk, including handling check-in and check-out procedures for guests, and dealing with reservation and change requests.
2、解答客人咨詢，提供酒店服務、周邊設施及旅游信息，確保客人獲得優質服務體驗；
?Answer guests' inquiries, provide hotel services, surrounding facilities and tourism information, and ensure that guests have a high-quality service experience.
3、準確收取房費、押金及其他費用，熟練操作酒店管理系統，確保賬務清晰無誤；
?Accurately collect room charges, deposits and other fees, proficiently operate the hotel management system, and ensure clear and error-free accounts.
4、協助處理客人投訴及突發情況，及時反饋并協調相關部門解決；
?Assist in handling guest complaints and emergencies, provide timely feedback and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution;
5、維護前臺區域整潔有序，確保工作環境符合酒店標準；
?Maintain the cleanliness and order of the front desk area and ensure that the working environment meets the hotel's standards.
6、完成上級交辦的其他工作任務。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
【崗位要求】
?【 Job Requirements】
1、高中及以上學歷，專業不限，酒店管理或相關專業優先；
?High school education or above, major not limited, hotel management or related majors preferred;
2、具備良好的服務意識和溝通能力，能耐心、熱情地對待每一位客人；
?Have a good sense of service and communication skills, and be able to treat every guest patiently and enthusiastically.
3、普通話流利，具備基礎英語溝通能力者優先；
?Fluent in Mandarin and having basic English communication skills are preferred.
4、能適應倒班工作制（含夜班），具備較強的抗壓能力；
?Be able to adapt to the shift work system (including night shifts) and have strong stress resistance.
5、工作細致認真，責任心強，具備團隊協作精神；
?Work meticulously and conscientiously, have a strong sense of responsibility, and possess a spirit of teamwork.
6、無經驗者可接受培訓，有酒店前臺或服務行業經驗者優先；
Those without experience are welcome to receive training. Candidates with experience in hotel front desks or the service industry are preferred.
