Upgrade and promote the products and services of the hotel group by applying sales techniques and room sales.
運用銷售技巧和房間銷售升級推廣酒店的產品和服務。
Prepare and implement the work plan for increasing reservation sales and related businesses.
準備和執行增加預訂銷售和相關業務的工作計劃。
Record and handle reservations made by phone, fax and email.
記錄和處理通過電話，傳真，電子郵件進行的預訂。
Accept reservations from guests on the waiting list.
接受等候單上的客人預訂。
Position requirements崗位要求
Possessing an enthusiastic working attitude, a certain ability to withstand pressure, good execution ability and team spirit.
具備熱情的工作態度、一定的抗壓能力、擁有良好的執行力和團隊精神。
Have certain communication skills, speak clearly, be cheerful and confident, and have strong language expression ability and interpersonal communication skills.
有一定的溝通能力，口齒清晰、開朗自信，有較強的語言表達能力和人際溝通能力。
College degree or above, standard Mandarin, polite speech and sweet voice.
大專以上學歷，普通話標準，談吐禮貌，聲音甜美。
Proficient in the operation of basic office software and skilled in typing.
熟練掌握基本辦公軟件操作，打字熟練。
Those with relevant working experience in star-rated hotels are preferred.
具有星級酒店相關工作經驗者優先。
Have a good sense of service and professional dedication, and be able to adapt to shift work.
具有優良的服務意識和敬業精神，能夠適應倒班制。
