Position Description崗位職責

Be responsible for the accounting and reimbursement of the collection, distribution and consumption of materials and supplies in the restaurant.
負責餐廳物料用品的領用、發放及耗損的記帳報帳工作。
Lead all the staff to do a good job in the restaurant service.
帶領全體員工做好餐廳服務工作。
Record guests' feedback and complaints, and report to superiors on a regular basis.
記錄賓客意見反饋及投訴，定時向上級匯報。
Do a good job in the handover of teams and keep good records.
做好班組交接工作，并做好記錄。
Check the hygiene and table setting of the restaurant every day.
每日檢查餐廳的衛生及擺臺狀況。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
完成上級交代的其他工作。
Position requirements崗位要求
Have more than one year of grassroots management experience in the catering industry of star-rated hotels.
具有一年以上星級酒店餐飲基層管理工作經驗。
Quick-witted and capable of independently completing the tasks assigned by superiors.
思維敏捷，能夠獨立完成上級交待的工作。
