崗位職責(zé)/職位描述

Primary Responsibilities?主要職責(zé)

Maintain the Cleanliness and Quality of Public Areas

保持公共區(qū)域的干凈和質(zhì)量

·?Patrol and be responsible for public area and inspect ensure hotel area cleanliness up to the standard set up by the hotel.?And ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to standard required by our hotel.

負(fù)責(zé)巡查所有公共區(qū)域的衛(wèi)生,確保清潔狀況良好,以高水平的衛(wèi)生保證客人滿意。

·?To work on a rotation basis within Housekeeping. To cleaning and upkeep carpets, upholstery and hard flooring in accordance to Hotel standards.

做好客房部基礎(chǔ)工作運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),按照酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對地毯、家具及硬地面進(jìn)行清潔保養(yǎng)。

·?To respond to paging and follow up where cleaning is needed.

及時(shí)清潔責(zé)任區(qū)域并時(shí)刻保持其整潔。

·?Arrange to general cleaning of restaurants, offices and public area assigned to him/her periodically by shampooing carpet, dusting and cleaning chandeliers, ceiling, A.C grills and other hard to reach fixtures and places asides form performing his daily cleaning duties.

在日常工作中安排清洗餐廳、辦公室、公共區(qū)域地毯的工作,定期打掃天花板,空調(diào)風(fēng)口或其他死角的衛(wèi)生。

·?To report for duty punctually in full regulation uniform.

Supervision of the Public Area Team

·?To follow up duties from the previous shift.

將前一班所未能完成的工作分配到各人才,繼續(xù)跟進(jìn)。

·?Patrols and maintains functions rooms, restrooms, offices and public areas assigned to him/her according to?Hotel standard by performing.

巡查多功能廳、休息室和辦公室。

·?To ensure cleaning equipment is in order and stored appropriately.

確保所有清潔器材正確擺放,并適當(dāng)保存。

·?To requisition and obtains supplies and cleaning material from linen room daily.

向布草間申請和領(lǐng)用消耗品和清潔材料。

·?Write down the unusual incidents and suspicious looking characters.

登記任何可疑跡象和特殊事項(xiàng)。

·?To report on repair and maintenance requirements to Public Area Manager.

如有機(jī)器的維修和保養(yǎng),應(yīng)通知公共區(qū)域經(jīng)理。

·?To write down items found in public areas to Housekeeping lost/Found directly as well as log.

如在公共區(qū)域拾到客人遺留物品,應(yīng)及時(shí)上交客房失物招領(lǐng)處,同時(shí)記在交班上。

·?When the Public Area manager absent need to in charge PA section.

當(dāng)公共區(qū)域經(jīng)理不在時(shí),需要負(fù)責(zé)公共區(qū)域所有的工作。

Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities

·??Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures.

·?Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
