職位描述Job Descriptions:
1.擬定并不斷修改完善前廳各項工作制度、服務標準和程序,并指導實施;
Formulate and continuously revise and improve various work systems, service standards and procedures for the front office, and guide their implementation;
2.巡視、督導餐廳工作對全體員工的日常工作、服務質量,保證高質量的服務水平;
Inspect and supervise the restaurant work, including the daily work and service quality of all employees, to ensure a high levelof service;
3.檢查餐廳全體員工儀表儀容和執行規章制度的情況;
Check the appearance and grooming of all restaurant employees and their compliance with rules and regulations;
4. 督導員工對所轄范圍內的設施設備進行維護保養;
Supervise employees to maintain and service the facilities and equipment within their jurisdiction;
5. 協助組織前廳員工的培訓工作,定期對下屬進行績效考核,并提出獎懲建議;
Assist in organizing training for front office staff, conduct regular performance evaluations of subordinates, and put forward suggestions on rewards and punishments;
6.做好餐廳員工的內部協調工作及營業部與其他部門的溝通工作,尤其是前廳與后廚之間的關系,以確保工作效率,減少不必要的差錯。
Do a good job in coordinating internal restaurant staff and communicating between the business department and other departments,especially the relationship between the front hall and the back kitchen, to ensure work efficiency and reduce unnecessary mistakes.
7.完成上級領導交付的其他任務。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
任職要求Job Requirements :
1. 有志向的男生/女生,本科以上學歷,具備英語溝通能力及領導力;
Ambitious boys/girls, with a bachelor's degree or above, and having Englishcommunication skills and leadership abilities;
2.保持跨部門良好溝通及互動;
Maintain good inter-departmental communication and interaction;
3.性格開朗,學習能力、溝通力、應變能力強;
