職位描述Job Descriptions:
1. 負(fù)責(zé)面點(diǎn)制作工序的規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、流程化管理;
Responsible for the standardized, normalized, and process-oriented management of pastry production procedures;2. 制訂面點(diǎn)制作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作規(guī)程,確保產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)穩(wěn)定性和口感一致性;
Formulate standard operating procedures for pastry production to ensure the stability of product quality and consistency of taste;3. 提出改進(jìn)方案,提高面點(diǎn)制作效率,降低成本;
Propose improvement plans to improve the efficiency of pastry production and reduce costs;4. 引入新工藝、新原材料、新設(shè)備等,推動(dòng)面點(diǎn)制作技術(shù)革新;
Introduce new technologies, new raw materials, new equipment, etc., to promote technological innovation in pastry production;5. 開(kāi)展員工培訓(xùn),提升員工素質(zhì)和技能水平;
Conduct employee training to improve employees' quality and skill levels;
6. 粵菜點(diǎn)心、淮陽(yáng)點(diǎn)心、煎炸點(diǎn)心、西點(diǎn)等;
Cantonese dim sum, Huaiyangdim sum, fried pastries, western pastries, etc;
7.完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交付的其他任務(wù)。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
任職要求Job Requirements :
1. 具備在連鎖餐飲企業(yè)或面點(diǎn)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)從事面點(diǎn)制作管理三年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有成功的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),可勝任該崗位;
Have more than three years of work experience in pastry production management in chain catering enterprises or pastry productionenterprises, with successful management experience and be competent for the position;
2. 具備優(yōu)秀的組織能力,較強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力和分析判斷能力;
Possess excellent organizational skills, strong execution, and analytical and judgment abilities;
3. 為人正直,有責(zé)任心,能夠承擔(dān)較大的工作壓力;
Be honest, responsible, and able to withstand greater work pressure;
4. 熟悉面點(diǎn)原材料、設(shè)備和行業(yè)發(fā)展情況,對(duì)市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)有敏銳的洞察力;
Be familiar with pastry raw materials, equipment, and industry development, and have a keen insight into market trends;
5. 愿意長(zhǎng)期駐外發(fā)展。
