JOB OVERVIEW 職位描述
Responsible for supervising the stewarding operation during shift and for cleaning and maintaining food and beverage premises to high hygienic standards. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. 在當班期間負責監督管事部的運營和清潔工作,確保餐飲物資達到高度衛生標準。遵守當地的衛生和安全法規,或其它適用的規定,以及品牌規范和當地的規章制度。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責
1、In absence of Manager conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.?在經理缺席時負責交班說明,確保了解酒店的各項活動和運營要求。
2、Supervises the receiving and storage of kitchen goods. 負責接收和存儲廚房物品的管理工作。
3、Supervises the cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment 監督廚房設備的清潔和存放。4、Works with Chief Stewarding in the preparation and management of the Department's budget 和管事部經理一起編制和管理部門預算。
5、Works with Supervisor in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget 和上級領導一起編制和管理部門預算。
6、Maintains high levels of personal hygiene for self and enforces hygiene standards for team 保持高度的個人衛生并在小組中執行衛生標準。
7、Supervises all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve the optimum departmental costs 監督管事部的各項職責,使部門成本控制到最低。
8、Establishes and maintains effective employee and inter-departmental working relationships 與員工和酒店其它部門建立并保持積極的工作關系。
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS 企業責任
1、Supervises all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve the optimum quality level of sanitation 監督管事部的各方面職責,使滿意度達到最高水平。
2、Monitors local competitors and compare their operation with his operation 監測本地競爭對手,與他們的運營進行比較。
3、Liaise with employees of the Engineering Division to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs 聯系工程部員工安排預防性的維護維修。
4、Promote hotel and brand recognition within the Community. Encourage employees to participate positiv ely in local communities’ activities. 提升酒店與品牌在本地的知名度,鼓勵員工積極參與本地社區活動。
5、Ensure to obey the relevant local labour laws and hotel policy & procedure. 確保遵守相關勞工法規及酒店或公司的政策與流程。
6、Ensure the kitchen is maintained and meeting the hygiene standard at all times and safe food handling practices and hotel food safety system are followed. 隨時保證廚房衛生達到最高的標準,了解、執行并遵守酒店食品安全系統和國家安全食品處理條例。
7、Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same. 了解職業衛生及安全政策和程序,建立意識并確保所有程序運作遵循此指導方針來安全進行。
JOB SPECIFICATION 工作要求?
1、Vocational Certificate in Food & Beverage Services or related field. 具有餐飲服務或相關領域的職業證書。?
2、3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3年相關經驗或與此相當的教育和相關工作經驗結合的背景。
