BASIC FUNCTION基本職責(zé)

Responsible for organizing and distributionof works and direct supervision and co-ordination of all activities of theHouseman as instructed by the Assistant Housekeeper to ensure clean, orderlyand attractive hotel premises during his shift.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 職責(zé)和義務(wù)

1.?Supervises and participates inthe activities of Houseman and Cleaners engaged in cleaning all public areasexcept the Kitchen, in accordance with standard procedures and instructions ofthe Assistant Housekeeper.

監(jiān)督并參與樓層服務(wù)員及清潔工的在公共區(qū)域的清潔工作(廚房以外),與酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和助理行政管家指示的一樣。

2.?Checks daily function orders;inspects blocked function rooms and other outlets for the highest standards ofcleanliness and maintenance. Provides plants when appropriate and as requestedby the Banquet Manager to beautify the Function Rooms.

4.?Attends promptly to complaintsregarding Housekeeping services and equipment and takes necessary correctiveaction.

5.?Checks cleaning materials andequipment storeroom as to orderliness and completeness of cleaning supplies;controls consumption of cleaning materials.

6. Co-ordinates with otherdepartment line supervisors regarding Housekeeping activities in the publicareas.

7.?Makes record daily ofactivities, problems, trouble reports and other relevant matters.
