Job responsibility 【崗位職責】
1.?Responsible for communication within housekeeping and other departments regarding guest requests and hotel Heartist. Renders secretarial and clerical services for housekeeping.
負責本部門內的溝通,將客人的要求反映給其他相關部門,做好本部門的翻譯及文秘工作。
2.?To assist directly with the Executive Housekeeper's responsibilities.
直接協助行政管家的工作。
3.?Takes down and transcribes minutes of meetings and dictation from the Executive Housekeeper.
寫下會議的筆錄和行政管家的口授。
4.?Type’s correspondence, memorandums, circulars, reports.
打出各種信件、備忘錄和報告。
5.?Opens / dispatches mail relative to the division.
處理本部門的相關信件。
6.?Receives and records reports from housekeeping sections regarding missing, defective or damaged equipment, prepares maintenance work orders and sends same to engineering department.
接收和登記客房部內設備的丟失、缺少或破壞情況,準備好請修任務并送到工程部。
7.?Types or inputs to computer for all reports, memoranda and correspondence for Exec. Housekeeper and maintains file of same.
將所有的工作報告、備忘錄和信件輸入電腦,并保存所有的文件。
8.?Takes and transcribe dictation and minutes of meetings, drafts routine or simple correspondence for approval of superior.
寫下會議上的記錄及口授。在領導的批準下做出簡明的、符合情況的記錄。
9.?Maintains a logbook for lost and found items and recommends for disposal at appropriate time.
保存記錄好遺留物品清單并建議和提醒處理時間。
10.?Keep personal records of Heartists, attendance sheets, change forms, annual leave, sick leave accident report etc.
對心藝家的出勤、崗位變動、年假、病假的情況做出記錄。
Job?requirements 【崗位要求】
1.?Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field
大專及以上學歷,可接受應屆畢業生
2.?Have experience in related field of hotel and engaged in similar position before
有酒店相關領域工作經驗并且從事過類似崗位
3.?Strong oral and written communication skills
較強的書面和語言溝通能力
4.?Skill to communicate and coordinate
具有良好的溝通能力和協調能力
5.?Efficient to Chinese language expression and good to English language expression
具有較強的中文文字綜合能力和口頭表達能力具備英語聽說讀寫能力
6.?Skill to office software
能熟練操作辦公軟件
