1、至少8年奢華酒店、公關公司或高端消費品行業經驗，3年以上管理崗位經驗

2、本科及以上學歷，市場營銷、傳播、新聞或相關專業；碩士優先

3、具備頭部媒體關系管理經驗，擅長在微信、微博、小紅書、臉書、Ins等平臺策劃爆款傳播

4、精通結合國際品牌標準與中國高凈值客群需求的奢華敘事策略

5、擅長品牌聲譽維護及高風險事件的快速應對策略

6、適應多元文化團隊協作，協調國際品牌標準與本土化需求

7、熟悉SEO/SEM優化、內容分析工具及客戶關系管理系統

8、擁有上海本地奢華媒體、KOL及政府/社區資源網絡

9、深刻理解上海奢華酒店行業格局，包括競品動態
