職位:中餐廳經理 Chinese Restaurant Manager
崗位職責/職位描述
1、4年以上五星級酒店相關餐廳管理經驗
2、以客戶為導向,并能夠自信地建立和超過服務標準
3、了解并熟練掌握相關餐廳營業知識,包括餐廳的食品、酒水、管理方面、服務技能
4、在服務時間內以積極的態度,高效、準確的定位及滿足客人要求及需要
5、積極主動的為客人服務,滿足客人任何合理要求,并且培訓員工能夠預見客人的需求
6、有效管理部門運作,為保證服務及餐廳的正常運營采取必要的措施
7、與廚房的員工建立良好的溝通渠道
8、協助餐飲部經理及行政總廚根據餐飲發展趨勢,適當需求及銷售情況進行餐廳菜單的修改
9、輔助制定并執行部門入職培訓計劃
10、確保所有安全及衛生程序的執行
1. At least 5 years outlet experience in five-star hotel
2.?Guestoriented and able to confidently build and exceed service standards
3.?Thoroughknowledge of restaurant operations including food, beverages, supervisory?
