1、4年以上五星級酒店相關餐廳管理經驗

2、以客戶為導向，并能夠自信地建立和超過服務標準

3、了解并熟練掌握相關餐廳營業知識，包括餐廳的食品、酒水、管理方面、服務技能

4、在服務時間內以積極的態度，高效、準確的定位及滿足客人要求及需要

5、有效管理部門運作，為保證服務及餐廳的正常運營采取必要的措施

6、與廚房的員工建立良好的溝通渠道

7、輔助制定并執行部門入職培訓計劃

8、確保所有安全及衛生程序的執行

1. At least 4 years outlet experience in five-star hotel

2.?Guestoriented and able to confidently build and exceed service standards

3.?Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations including food, beverages, supervisory?

4.?Makesure all customers’ requests and queries are responded to promptly and?
