職位:Director of Sales 銷售總監
崗位職責/職位描述
1、全面負責酒店所有產品的宣傳與銷售工作,包括但不限于客房,餐飲,宴會,等
2、帶領團隊完成酒店設定的銷售目標及相關任務
3、制定銷售計劃并確保所有團隊成員按照計劃執行對所負責的地區或行業的客戶進行維護及開
? ? ? 發,通過電話銷售,當面拜訪等形式了解客戶需求并最終達成銷售
4、與會展公司,航空公司,旅行社和希爾頓區域銷售辦公室建立良好的聯系
5、與宴會銷售部,市場傳訊部和收益管理部共同調整團隊定房,完成酒店內部生產力
6、確保銷售團隊可以高效地制作完成報價,合同發送給客戶并及時跟進,邀約客戶進行酒店參觀
7、了解并熟悉競爭對手的所有產品信息,包括主要客戶及其產量、酒店客房、餐飲、會務相關促

8、組織定期的會議,確保銷售團隊與酒店運作團隊有效的溝通,并協助宴會銷售部或運營部跟進

3.?Develop sales plans and ensure that all team members maintain anddevelop?

4.?Build relationships with convention companies, conference servicecompanies, travel?
? ? agents and Hilton regional sales office
5.?Work with Sales, Marketing Communications and Revenue Management toadjust?
? ? team bookings to achieve maximum productivity within the hotel
6.?Ensure that the Sales team effectively complete quotations, sendcontracts to?
? ? customers and follow-up promptly, inviting customers to visit thehotel
7.?Understand and be familiar with all product information of competitors,including key?
? ? customers and their output, hotel rooms, catering, conferencepromotion information,?
? ? and feedback promptly to the Director of Commercial
8.?Organize regular meetings to ensure effective communication between the Salesteam?
