·?????? 創造，執行酒店促銷材料，周邊產品，主題裝飾和其他基于分配任務規范的項目的設計理念。

·?????? 使用可用于印刷制作的照片進行各類設計，熟練運用臺式印刷系統。

·?????? 設計和生產標志，宴會海報，橫幅，背景板和裝飾。

·?????? 確保所有酒店的設計作品如酒店品牌，顏色，規范和集團標準保持一致。

·?????? 確保工作時間安排合理，在截止日期前完成工作。

·?????? 創建設計，攝影，書籍，參考資料，標準色的資料庫以方便參考。

·?????? 確保臺式印刷系統的正常運行和保養。

·?????? 策劃美術用品的采購、紙張的存貨情況及監督紙張的使用。

·?????? 書刊圖片的維護及文件系統的設計。

·?????? 與集團網絡市場合作確保酒店主頁保持信息及時更斷。

·?????? Create andexecute design concepts for the hotel’s promotional materials, collaterals,theme decor and other items based on specifications given on assigned subject.

·?????? Convertdesigns into camera-ready artwork (ready for printing or production) manuallyor using desktop publishing systems.

·?????? Design andproduce signages, banquet posters, banners, backdrops and other decor.

·?????? Ensure that Hiltonidentity guidelines are followed on creative materials (i.e. hotel brand,color, specifications).

·?????? Ensure thatjobs are scheduled properly, and time management is exercised for the artsection to meet set deadlines for design and art works.

·?????? Organize thecreative library (designs, graphics, photographs, books, reference materials,color guides) for easy reference.

·?????? Ensure that desktoppublishing systems are regularly serviced and maintained.

·?????? Ensure the replenishmentof required art supplies and paper stock.

·?????? Maintain artworks and design filling systems.

·?????? Work withHilton Web Marketing to ensure contents of pages are updated atall times
